Each month of this semester will be devoted to a different -ism:
- Impressionism

This class will take each child through the discovery of ancient Greek architecture.
Making Manuscripts
This class allows an opportunity for us to delve into ancient manuscripts by various artists and to create their own manuscript along the way.
What your child can expect from classes
Your child can expect an interactive environment with opportunities to use a variety of different mediums. There will be opportunities for group work to build social skills and problem solving. They will be provided opportunities to teach their peers which will help to increase their leadership abilities and self-esteem. They will be given careful and deliberate instruction on artistic movements, artists, mediums, and skills to develop their understanding of the Visual Arts. Each class will be taught at a level that will enable your child to understand while at the same time challenging them to grow. As each child is in class to learn, I too will be taught to teach in a way that is specific to your child's individual needs.
